"You will not regret going with Brian Tilbrook’s office instead! We had a terrible experience with this office. After a mess of a claim earlier this year, we tried to leave State Farm completely. When we went through our claim, we were falsely urged by Risha to file a second claim on our insurance even though the body shop was 100% liable for the total loss portion of the claim. We have been told by a lot of people that our lender and us should’ve both gotten paid for the vehicle. Due to having 2 claims in a month, we are struggling to find insurance at a decent rate anywhere else. When we tried to get this office to rectify the situation with a letter of experience, they stalled the process for 3 weeks and the initial quote to switch was expired. At that point we started trying to switch agents at the very least. After paying for insurance on a total loss vehicle for 3 months after the claim, they credited us on our bill and they assured us we had a $0 balance for that month due to the credit. Then, when we attempted to switch our policy to the new agent, we were informed that they had cancelled insurance coverage instead of transferring it for my suburban. Her office claims it was cancelled for non payment, yet we did not receive any notification that we owed any money. Instead they just allowed the application to expire and left us driving around with no insurance. They messed up so bad it took my new agent a full 2 days to fix it, and because of this offices stupidity or negligence, our insurance policy will not be completely fixed for a month give or take. Megan and Kendall are terrible to work with especially if you have any claim issues, and Risha is never available. If you have to file a claim, she will not do anything to help you."

I’ve been fighting constantly with this office since march and have had nothing but problems.
